Honeysuckle
Our baby room provides a warm, nurturing and loving environment for children from birth to one year, where positive attachments are built through responsive caregiving, sling wearing and consistently meeting each child’s individual needs. We encourage babies to explore and discover the world around them through their senses, offering treasure baskets inspired by the Curiosity Approach to promote natural exploration, curiosity and early learning, while ensuring every child feels safe, secure, valued and nurtured.
Lavender
Our waddler room provides a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged one to two years, where positive attachments help them feel safe, secure and confident as they begin to understand and regulate their emotions. Through meaningful interactions, language-rich experiences and opportunities for independent exploration, children begin to develop communication and early letter sounds, establish healthy self-care routines, build fine and gross motor skills, and become familiar with the rhythms, routines and boundaries of the day. We encourage children to play alongside their peers, develop confidence in sharing experiences, and begin to recognise how their actions affect others, while nurturing their curiosity, independence and growing readiness to transition to the next pod.
Bluebell
Our toddler room provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children develop resilience, perseverance and confidence as independent learners. Inspired by the Curiosity Approach, we offer invitations and provocations to play that spark curiosity, encourage exploration and inspire children’s own ideas. Through supportive relationships and meaningful experiences, children develop independence in self-care, learn to recognise and manage their emotions, and begin to understand how their actions affect others. We nurture kindness, empathy and positive relationships, while encouraging imaginative role play, creativity and growing independence.
Buttercup
Our newly established pre-school provides a nurturing and inspiring environment for children aged three to school age, where confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning are encouraged. Inspired by the Curiosity Approach, we recognise and support children’s schematic learning styles, encouraging them to explore, investigate, problem-solve and develop their own ideas through play. We nurture communication, early literacy and mathematical skills, creativity and physical development, while supporting children to build positive relationships, show empathy, respect their environment and develop an understanding of the world around them. With a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, self-regulation and independence in self-care, we aim to ensure every child feels confident, capable and ready for the transition into Reception.
