I’m Caroline and this is my husband Matt, between us we run ‘Bee Curious Childcare.’ Matts in charge of the business side and I’m in charge of the educational side.

I have around 17 years experience, as a qualified teacher, specialising in Early Years.   I’m passionate about providing quality childcare, that nurtures the individual needs and interest of the children in our care.

I achieved ‘outstanding’ in my first inspection as a childminder and became an accredited ‘Curiosity Approach’ setting. I believe by creating a ‘home from home’ environment where my little bees and their families become a integral part of the hive life (we hold family days and mums and dads events, throughout the year) they will grow to be independent learners, curious about the world they live in and have firm foundations for learning in the future. I have a love for the outdoors and became forest school trained over two years ago, so being based at ‘Glebe Farm’ is like a dream come true.

I am a mum to three children, two teenage boys and a little girl. They’ve been a huge support when setting this up and keep us very busy with basketball at the weekends. I love doing pilates, barre and walking our dog Izzy. I’m also very creative and love upcycling and visiting local car boot sales to find a bargain or two.
