Hi I’m Sophie, the deputy manager here at Bee Curious Childcare!

I have worked in childcare for almost 10 years and during that time have gone from never setting foot in a setting before to becoming a qualified early years teacher. I am passionate about early education and teaching through play, ensuring that children have keen interest in learning from an early age. I love watching children explore, imagine and figure out the world around them out with wonder and curiosity, helping to support their learning and development every step of the way. For me, there is no better job in the world!

When I’m not in work I have a huge passion for all things drama and musical theatre related- a passion I also share with my 5 year old son, Remus and husband Alex! We are part of lots of local theatre companies and love going to the theatre together. You can often see us performing at Daneside Theatre in Congleton!  I cannot wait to be part of your child’s first steps in their educational journey and witness the wonderful things they will achieve!
